Aoyama is a word that means many different things. In English, Aoyama is directly translated to Blue Mountain. In Japanese, it refers to an upscale neighborhood near Tokyo, Japan. In any meaning, Aoyama implies beauty and comfort characteristics reflected in our restaurant.

Aoyama in Mendham opened to high expectations in May of 2010 and was immediately embraced by the local population. Owner Wei Li, immensely experienced as a chef, presented to the Mendham community his carefully crafted Chinese dishes alongside his highly acclaimed Japanese menu from Aoyama Martinsville.
